Capital punishment adds to the pain of victims’ families in Kentucky

From R.G. Dunlop’s interview in the Louisville Courier-Journal with the daughter of a couple that was murdered in Kentucky and has watched court proceedings against their killer drag on for 29 years with no end in sight:

Asked how the seemingly endless delays have affected her, she began to cry softly and said, barely above a whisper: “It just about kills me.”
