New testimonial to abolish the death penalty: ‘Kinda like cussing’

Erin Kennedy is a law student in Kentucky and has worked with the Kentucky Innocence Project. From childhood on she believed that the use of the death penalty to punish people was wrong. As an adult she has found a basis for her belief in its costliness, disparate treatment of different defendants, and the risk of executing innocent persons.

KCADP is seeking additional testimonials. If you are willing to take the witness stand against the death penalty, contact staff@kcadp.org and our videographer will be in touch.
