New testimonial to abolish the death penalty: ‘There are so many false convictions’

Bert Mutersbaugh a retired history professor at Eastern Kentucky University, lives in Richmond in Kentcuky’s Madison County. False convictions brought on by the way the death sentencing system works causes him to call for Kentucky to join other states in abolishing it and not risk killing innocent persons.

KCADP is seeking additional testimonials. If you are willing to take the witness stand against the death penalty, contact staff@kcadp.org and our videographer will be in touch.
