New testimonial to abolish the death penalty: ‘It’s so easy to make a mistaek’

Andy Yates is a student at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond. His chief reason for opposing the death penalty is the fact that it is easy to make mistakes. Errors in Kentucky trials leading to death sentences are many, resulting in more than half of all death sentences being overturned. One man, Larry Osborne, was released from Kentucky’s death row when a jury declared him not guilty in a second trial.

KCADP is seeking additional testimonials. If you are willing to take the witness stand against the death penalty, contact staff@kcadp.org and our videographer will be in touch.
