New testimonial to abolish the death penalty: ‘If something were that flawed’

Arshiya Saiyed, a student leader at Centre College in Danville, Ky., opposes the use of the death penalty. Because the justice system is so flawed that many of the condemned are later exonerated, and even executed, she believes the use of lengthy prison terms, even life without parole, is the best alternative for holding killers accountable.

KCADP is seeking additional testimonials. If you are willing to take the witness stand against the death penalty, contact staff@kcadp.org and our videographer will be in touch.
